Ready for liftoff? The Launch is your essential introduction to bungee fitness and the first step towards joining any of our regular classes. This class is designed to help you feel confident, safe and empowered in the harness.

surge Strength- Bungee & Weight Fusion Class

Level: Intermediate

Defy Gravity. Build Power. Feel unstoppable.

Surge Strength takes bungee fitness to the next level by adding weight training into the mix. This class combines high-energy, low-impact bounce of bungee with strategically programmed weight intervals to challenge every major muscle group.

Requirement: Completion of The Launch beginner class before attending.

Tiny Flyers- kid Bungee- ages 4-11

Big fun for your tiniest flyers!

Tiny Flyers is a playful, movement-based bungee class designed especially for our youngest adventurers.

Teen Flyers- ages 12-17

Take flight, feel the hyper.

Teen Flyers is a high-energy bungee class designed just for teens. Flyers will be able to bounce, fly, flip, and laugh their way through a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout.

Take your bungee workout to the next level with Fly High! This class is perfect for those who have mastered the basics of The Launch and are ready to build strength, improve balance, and increase endurance. Fly High challenges you to soar higher and push your limits!

Requirement: Completion of The Launch beginner class before attending.

Bungee Lab- Practice & Experiment

All Levels

Welcome to your bungee playground.

Bungee Lab is an open-format, unstructured session designed for members to explore, experiment, and refine their bungee skills at their own pace. Whether you’re working on choreography, reviewing moves from class, trying new tricks, or just bouncing for fun, this is your time to move freely- no pressure, no rules.

A coach will be present for safety, guidance, and light support, but this is not a led workout.

Requirement: Completion of The Launch beginner class before attending.

FLight club

Level: Advanced

Ready to take your bungee fitness to new heights? Flight Club is designed for advanced bungee enthusiasts who crave a high-intensity, full-body workout that challenges strength, agility, and endurance.

Requirement: Completion of 10 combined intermediate level bungee classes.
