what is bungee fitness; is it safe?
Bungee fitness is a high-energy, low impact workout where you’re harnessed to a bungee cord. It combines cardio, strength training, and acrobatics for a fun, full-body experience. Our equipment is professionally installed and regularly inspected.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes our equipment supports clients from lbs for optimal performance and safety.
is there an age limit?
Tiny Flyers is for ages 4-10. (Parent/Guardian Waivers are required)
Teen Flyers is for ages 11-17 (Parent/Guardian Waivers are required)
All other classes are for 18 and up
what should i wear?
Wear snug-fitted activewear. Grippy socks are required and available for purchase in-studio.
what should i wear?
Absolutely! Our Surge Society Sessions are great for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or team building. Contact us for custom packages or refer to our Join tab for more info.
do passes expire?
Yes, the Surge Starter pack and Single Surge credits must be used within 30 days of purchase. The Surge Rider credits must be used within 60 days of purchase. Parties may be able to be rescheduled if notified 7 days prior and based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I walk in or do i need to book ahead?
Classes must be booked in advanced. Spots are limited and each participant needs to be fitted with gear ahead of time.
what is your cancellation policy?
We require cancellations at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancels or no-shows may result in a credit loss or fee.
can i do bungee if i have injuries or medical conditions?
We recommend checking with your doctor first. Let your instructor know of any limitations so we can modify as needed, Bungee is great for people with joint issues since the bungee reduces the joint impact. Bungee is not recommended wile pregnancy.
